Who can take part

  • You must have advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to irinotecan, oxaliplatin, and fluoropyrimidine chemotherapy.
  • You must be 19 years or older and give written consent.
  • You must be in reasonably good health, with adequate blood counts, kidney and liver function.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and if able to have children, you must use effective birth control.
  • You must not have another active cancer, uncontrolled infection, or serious heart or bleeding problems.
  • You must not have known severe allergies to the study drugs or certain other conditions like DPD deficiency.
