Who can take part

  • You are age 19 or older and can give written informed consent
  • You have confirmed colorectal cancer that has spread to sites that cannot be removed by surgery
  • Your cancer has not responded to at least two rounds of standard chemotherapy (including fluorouracil-type drugs, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan)
  • You can have imaging tests showing at least one measurable or trackable spot of cancer
  • Your overall health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1)
  • You can safely use birth control during the study and for a set time after the last dose (if you could become pregnant or have a partner who could)
