Who can take part

  • You have COPD stage II, III, or IV (as defined by your doctor).
  • You feel short of breath with daily activities (mMRC score 3) or have noticed your physical fitness getting worse.
  • You do not need continuous oxygen or have very low blood oxygen at rest.
  • You are not taking oral steroids now, and have not done a supervised exercise program in the last year.
  • You do not have another lung disease or a condition that limits your ability to exercise.
