Early FAPI PET/MRI after a heart attack

Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI)

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study uses a new type of PET/MR scan (FAPI) to look at inflammation in the heart shortly after a heart attack. It may help doctors understand recovery better and guide future treatments.

Heart imaging after emergency angioplasty for first heart attack

This study uses advanced heart scans (MRI) before and after a common artery-opening procedure to see how the heart heals. It only includes people having their first heart attack who get emergency treatment with a stent.

NCT07020858Recruiting
FAPI imaging for heart attack risk in blocked arteries

This trial tests whether a special scan called FAPI-PET can predict heart problems in people with a chronic total occlusion (a completely blocked heart artery for at least 3 months). If you have this type of blockage and are planning to have a procedure to open it, this study may help guide your care.

FAPI PET/MRI imaging for breast cancer

This trial tests a new imaging method (FAPI PET/MRI) to see if it can help evaluate breast cancer. It focuses on people with invasive breast cancer who are about to start treatment before surgery or who have recurrent or new breast cancer.

NCT07063043Recruiting
A study using a new scan to look at heart disease

This trial is testing a new imaging method (68Ga-FAPI PET/CMR) to better see and understand heart problems. It might help doctors diagnose or monitor conditions like heart failure or inflammation.
