  • You are scheduled for a colonoscopy as an outpatient at Hospital Sibu's endoscopy unit
  • You can read and understand the materials (offered in available languages)
  • You have access to a smartphone or computer with internet
  • You do not have severe kidney disease, heart problems, or other conditions that make the bowel prep unsafe
