Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has grown or returned after standard treatments, or standard treatments are not safe or appropriate for you.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • You must be feeling fairly well and able to do daily activities (performance status 0 or 1).
  • You must have normal heart and lung function, and no recent serious heart problems or untreated brain metastases.
  • You must be able to provide a tumor sample (either from a previous biopsy or a new one).
