Who can take part

  • You must have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and it has gotten worse after or you cannot take standard treatments.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must be able to do your daily activities without significant help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your heart function must be normal, with a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of 50% or more.
  • You must have or be willing to provide a sample of your tumor tissue for testing.
