  • You are a surgeon who has done at least one head and neck cancer surgery.
  • You are a resident (PGY2-5), fellow, or attending physician.
  • You have experience working with a pathologist during surgery to check margins.
  • You have done cadaver lab or other surgical training.
  • You are a physician or surgeon, not a nurse or other non-physician provider.
