Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 79 years old.
- You have head and neck squamous cell cancer that has come back or spread to other parts of the body, and it cannot be cured by local treatment.
- You have already tried a type of immunotherapy (called a checkpoint inhibitor) and your cancer continued to grow.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
