- Your implant was placed at least 5 years ago and you have follow-up x-rays from right after placement, 1 year, and 5 years later
- You received a specific type of implant (Morse cone connection, made by Implacil De Bortoli, Brazil)
- You did not have an immediate implant (placed right after tooth removal)
