- You are older than 21 years.
- You have one missing tooth in the back of your upper or lower jaw that was replaced with a short implant (a small titanium post) from a specific brand (Implacil De Bortoli).
- You have had this implant for at least 5 years and have had dental X-rays taken right after placement, at 1 year, and at 5 years.
- Your dental records are complete and your X-rays are clear enough for measurement.
