Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 17 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (a curve in your spine that starts in the teen years with no known cause)
  • Your spine curve is at least 15 degrees (measured on an X-ray)
  • You have not had any previous treatment for scoliosis, like a brace, special exercises, or surgery
  • Your bone growth is not yet complete (Risser sign between 0 and 4)
