- You are 18 years or older
- You have T-cell large granular lymphocyte leukemia (T-LGLL) that has come back or not responded to treatment
- You have low red blood cell count, low neutrophil count, an enlarged spleen, an autoimmune condition needing treatment, or severe symptoms like fever or weight loss
- You have tried at least one prior therapy that didn't work or caused side effects
- You do not have other cancers or serious infections like hepatitis or HIV
