Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old.
- You have non-keratinizing nasopharyngeal cancer (also called WHO type II or III).
- Your cancer has spread to lymph nodes in your neck (stage N3) but not to other parts of the body.
- You are healthy enough to do daily activities without assistance (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have not had neck surgery before.
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within safe ranges as checked by recent tests.
