Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a new diagnosis of a common type of nasopharyngeal cancer (non-keratinizing).
- Your cancer has spread to lymph nodes in the neck in a limited way (N0-1, behind the throat only).
- Your tumor is either stage T2 with a volume larger than 30 cm³, or stage T3 or T4.
- Your lymph nodes do not show certain harmful features like central necrosis or fusion.
- You have not had prior radiation or chemotherapy for this cancer.
- You are not pregnant, and you have adequate organ function (blood, liver, kidneys).
