Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a type of nasopharyngeal cancer called non-keratinizing (types II or III).
- You are in good overall health (able to carry out daily activities).
- Your tumor is either stage T2 with a large volume (over 30 cm³) or stage T3–T4, but with no enlarged lymph nodes in the neck.
- You have not had previous chemotherapy, radiation, or immune therapy for this cancer.
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be within normal ranges.
