Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension).
- You have a clinic visit scheduled with a participating doctor.
- Your blood pressure is high (systolic 140 or higher, or diastolic 90 or higher) during your visit.
- You do not already have a usable home blood pressure cuff from insurance in the past 5 years.
