New drug for advanced solid tumors with HRR gene change

Advanced Solid Tumor (Phase 1)

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This study tests a new drug (HSK46256) for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific DNA repair gene change (HRR mutation). It is a first-in-human trial to find the right dose and check safety, so it may be an option if other treatments have stopped working.
