Who can take part

  • You are between 35 and 75 years old.
  • You have had knee pain on most days (15+ days per month) for at least the past 3 months.
  • Your knee pain is the main thing that makes it hard for you to walk or do daily activities.
  • You do not use a cane, walker, or any walking aid.
  • You do not have a current diagnosis of knee arthritis (osteoarthritis) seen on X-ray.
