  • You are a Veteran.
  • You often feel disconnected from others or struggle with social life.
  • Social situations cause major problems in your daily activities.
  • You have lost interest or pleasure in spending time with people.
  • You do not have a history of bipolar disorder or psychotic illness.
  • You are not currently in severe substance abuse or having suicidal thoughts needing urgent care.
