  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a solid tumor (like head and neck, breast, or melanoma) that cannot be removed with surgery and has stopped responding to standard treatments.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be injected with the study drug.
  • You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting function are within acceptable ranges.
