Who can take part

  • You have a type of antibody deficiency like IgG subclass, IgA, IgM, or specific antibody deficiency
  • You are a patient at the Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology clinic
  • You are able and willing to do moderate exercise, like brisk walking, and pass a health screening
  • You are not currently receiving immunoglobulin (Ig) replacement therapy
  • You are not taking medications that suppress your immune system, like chronic steroids or B-cell depleting drugs
  • You do not have medical conditions that make moderate exercise unsafe, like active rheumatoid arthritis
