- You are 19 to 65 years old
- You are currently staying in the hospital as an inpatient
- You can speak and read Korean well enough to fill out questionnaires
- You have completed your detoxification (clearing drugs/alcohol from your body) treatment
- You do not have serious health problems that would prevent you from joining group activities (like severe heart or lung disease, or a condition that makes it hard to move around)
