Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You speak and read English.
  • You get regular medication-assisted treatment (MAT) at SAC Health.
  • You have a reliable cell phone or internet connection.
  • You can spend about 25 minutes a day and join weekly group meetings for 8 weeks.
  • You have at least one substance use disorder (like opioid, alcohol, methamphetamine, cocaine, anxiety medication, cannabis, or tobacco) that is in early remission or stable.
