Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have lupus nephritis confirmed by kidney biopsy, with active class III, IV, or mixed III/IV or III/V disease.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is 30 or higher.
- Your urine protein level is very high (over 1000 mg per gram of creatinine).
- You do not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, or atrial fibrillation.
- You have no severe liver problems or life expectancy less than 6 months.
