Who can take part
- You must be between 1 month and 18 years old.
- You must have heart failure diagnosed by tests showing the heart doesn't pump or fill well.
- You must have moderate to severe symptoms (Ross class III or IV) or a BNP level over 300 pg/mL.
- You cannot have severe kidney disease (eGFR below 60).
- You cannot have a kidney infection or allergy to empagliflozin.
