Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and agree to join the study.
- You have a type of advanced breast cancer called hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative (HER2-).
- You are on your first treatment with an aromatase inhibitor pill plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor pill, and it's been between 6 months and 18 months without your cancer getting worse.
- You are willing to give a blood sample every 3 months to check for changes in the ESR1 gene (a marker that can affect treatment).
- Your doctor has not found that your cancer is growing during your current treatment, and you do not already know your ESR1 mutation status.
