Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have HR+ (hormone receptor-positive) and HER2-negative breast cancer that is advanced or has spread
  • You are a candidate for a type of targeted therapy called a CDK4/6 inhibitor combined with hormone therapy
  • You are willing to have a blood draw (liquid biopsy) before starting your first treatment for advanced disease
  • You have not had hormone therapy for metastatic breast cancer before (unless it was as part of initial treatment after surgery)
