- You are a first-time mom (this is your first baby).
- You gave birth to a healthy, full-term baby in the last 2 weeks.
- You receive postpartum care at the ASSIR center of AIS-BE in Barcelona.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You can read and fill out questionnaires in Spanish or Catalan.
- You are willing to participate in the study.
