  • You are 18 or older
  • You have an advanced solid tumor (cancer that has spread or cannot be removed) that has not responded to or cannot have standard treatments
  • You are able to do most of your daily activities without help (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • You have not had a severe allergic reaction to polyethylene glycol (PEG)
  • You have not been treated with ADI-PEG20 or a similar drug before
