  • You are 16 years old or older
  • You have a blood cancer (like leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, or MDS) or have had a stem cell transplant
  • Your doctor has prescribed ceftazidime-avibactam for a suspected or confirmed bacterial infection
  • You are expected to take this antibiotic for at least 72 hours
  • You agree to have extra blood tests and samples taken to check drug levels and bacteria
