Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 20 and 89 years old.
  • You had a breast cancer diagnosis (DCIS or invasive).
  • You finished breast cancer treatment (surgery, radiation, chemo, immunotherapy, or hormonal therapy) and are not on active chemotherapy.
  • You have been doing supervised strength training for at least 3 months.
  • You can read and understand English.
  • You are not pregnant, not lactose intolerant, not allergic to cow's milk or whey protein, and not taking a beta blocker or GLP-1 medication.
