Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a nerve injury caused by trauma (like an accident or cut) that affects one arm or leg.
  • The injury happened at least 3 months ago.
  • You have pain that rates 4 or higher on a 0-10 scale and a specific nerve pain score of at least 4.
  • The injured muscle is weaker than normal (less than full strength on manual testing).
  • You have not changed pain medications in the last month, or are not taking any.
