  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a hand or wrist condition like carpal tunnel syndrome or a recent injury.
  • You are being treated at the Hand Surgery Department of the National Scientific Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics.
  • Your doctor says you are stable enough to do light hand movements on a computer.
  • You can see well enough (with glasses if needed) to use a computer.
  • You do not have severe pain, recent surgery, or other health issues that would make computer tasks unsafe.
