Who can take part

  • For healthy volunteers: You are between 18 and 65 years old, in good health, with a BMI between 18 and 32.
  • You must weigh more than 50 kg (about 110 pounds).
  • For people with bronchiectasis: You are between 18 and 75 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of bronchiectasis.
  • You have had a Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in your lungs in the past year and still have it now.
  • You are not taking new antibiotics for Pseudomonas that started in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have cystic fibrosis, active tuberculosis, or unstable heart, lung, or other conditions.
