  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have atrial fibrillation that comes and goes or is constant.
  • This is your first catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation.
  • In the last 3 months, your heart's pumping strength was between 41% and 49%.
  • You have at least one sign of early heart failure, such as a certain blood test result or trouble breathing with activity.
  • You have not had a previous catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation.
