  • You are a first-time mother (primiparous) between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You have delivered a healthy, full-term baby (at least 37 weeks) with no health problems.
  • You can speak Turkish.
  • You are willing to take part in the study and give your consent.
  • You have access to a phone or internet device so we can stay in touch via telehealth.
