Study of NRG-103 injection for recurrent high-grade glioma

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You have a high-grade glioma (WHO Grade 3 or 4) that has come back or kept growing after treatment.
  • Standard treatments (like chemo, radiation, or immunotherapy) have either stopped working or caused serious side effects.
  • You cannot have had gene therapy or virus-based cancer treatment before.
  • You must be able to have an MRI scan (no metal implants like pacemakers).
