Who can take part

  • You have a high-grade glioma (WHO Grade 3 or 4) that has come back or gotten worse after standard treatment.
  • Your tumor must have one of these specific gene changes: H3.3K27M, H3.1K27M, H3.3G34R, BRAF V600E, PIK3CA H1047R, IDH1 R132H, or EGFRvIII.
  • You are at least 16 years old and in generally good health (kidney, liver, heart, and blood counts are within safe limits).
  • You are not taking high doses of steroids (dexamethasone ≤2 mg/day) and do not have a severe infection or other active cancer.
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant or father a child, for 6 months after the study.
