  • You are between 21 and 60 years old.
  • You are missing one or more teeth in the front of your upper jaw.
  • You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, or a history of radiation, chemotherapy, or bleeding disorders.
  • You do not grind your teeth or smoke heavily.
  • You have good oral hygiene and no severe gum or bone disease.
