Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor or primary brain tumor that is not curable with surgery or radiation.
  • You are able and willing to start systemic cancer therapy (like chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy).
  • You have a tumor tissue sample (biopsy) from within the last 2 years that can be tested, or you are willing to provide a new sample.
  • You feel well enough that you can take care of yourself and are up and about (performance status ECOG 0–2).
  • You are willing to give written permission (informed consent) and follow the study procedures.
