Who can take part
- You are 18 or older with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that cannot be cured.
- Your cancer is both hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-positive (HER2+).
- You have never received systemic therapy (like chemo, hormone therapy, or anti-HER2 drugs) for advanced breast cancer.
- If you had prior hormone or anti-HER2 therapy, you must have had a long break (12 months for hormone therapy, 6 months for anti-HER2 therapy) without the cancer coming back.
- You have at least one measurable or visible tumor spot on scans.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG 0-1).
