Hamstring training study for young athletes

  • You are between 18 and 25 years old
  • You are a member of a club sports team
  • You have been doing weight training for more than 6 months
  • You played a high school organized sport for at least 1 year
  • You have not had a hamstring injury in the last 6 months
  • You have not had major leg or back surgery
  • You do not have a recent leg muscle injury
  • You are not currently pregnant
