Who can take part

  • You are a female pole vaulter between the ages of 12 and 18.
  • You train at least 3 times per week and have been pole vaulting for at least 1 year.
  • You are currently competing at a high level (elite).
  • You have not had a leg muscle injury in the last 6 months or any hamstring surgery.
  • You do not have any heart or blood flow problems that would make blood flow restriction training unsafe.
