Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have liver cancer that cannot be removed with surgery right now (including hepatocellular carcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, or cancer that spread to the liver from elsewhere).
- Your doctor plans to give you conversion therapy to try to make the tumor removable.
- Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh class A or B) if you have primary liver cancer.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured with standard scans.
- You can have a special MRI scan called 3D-MRE before starting treatment.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must have no other active cancer or serious health issues that would prevent treatment or surgery.
