  • You are male and between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You exercise or train at least 3 times a week.
  • You do not have any injury that would prevent you from exercising.
  • You are not currently taking protein supplements or adaptogens (like ashwagandha).
  • You have no allergy to dairy, ashwagandha, or nightshade vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, etc.).
