Who can take part

  • You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes
  • You have gastroparesis, confirmed by a stomach-emptying test showing food stays in your stomach more than 4 hours
  • Your gastroparesis symptoms are at least moderate (like feeling very full, nauseous, or bloated often)
  • You are not doing yoga more than once a week currently or in the last 6 months
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for cancer now
