Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You train in a combat sport (e.g., taekwondo, boxing, judo) at least 3 times a week, for at least 2 years.
  • You do not have a major injury from the past year that would affect testing.
  • You have not had major chest, belly, or spine surgery.
  • You do not have lung, heart, or balance conditions, and you are not currently pregnant.
