Who can take part

  • You are a professional basketball player between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have a valid federation license and have played in official leagues for at least 3 seasons.
  • You train at least 4 times a week and have for the past 6 months.
  • You have never done special breathing muscle training before.
  • You do not have any chronic lung, nerve, or heart disease, and you are not a smoker.
