Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your cancer must have spread or cannot be removed by surgery and has a KRAS change.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have adequate organ and bone marrow function.
  • You must not have had certain prior treatments targeting KRAS or RAS.
