Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your tumor must have a specific genetic change called a homozygous MTAP deletion or loss of MTAP.
  • You must have advanced cancer that has not responded to standard therapy or no standard therapy exists.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor (by imaging) and be well enough to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You must not have received certain previous treatments, like PRMT5 or MAT2A inhibitors.
