Who can take part

  • You are a man between 25 and 35 years old.
  • You have central obesity — a waist size of at least 40 inches (102 cm) and a waist-to-hip ratio of 0.90 or more.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 30 and 39.9 (obese range).
  • You are willing to follow a diet and exercise program along with hands-on therapy for your spine.
  • You are a non-smoker, not currently in a weight loss program, and have no recent spine or rib injuries.
